Common questions.
What counts as a screening call?
One call to POST /api/v1/screen counts as one screening call, regardless of the number of lists checked. Bulk screens count one call per beneficiary screened.
What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit?
Overage calls are billed at $0.002–$0.005 per call depending on your tier. You will never be blocked — screening continues uninterrupted.
Does the Growth tier include the NFIU Nigeria list?
Yes. The NFIU Nigeria Sanctions List (via NIGSAC) is included from the Growth tier upwards. It is updated whenever the Nigeria Sanctions Committee publishes new designations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at renewal. No lock-in beyond your billing period.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the EU (default) or West Africa (optional). Enterprise customers can request dedicated data residency in specific jurisdictions.
Is ScreenShield CBN and BoG compliant?
ScreenShield is operated by Mulanji Technologies Solution Limited (RC: 1909785, Nigeria) and is proven in production at a BCC-licensed remittance operator. CBN PSSP licence application is in progress.
